ICG’s Vendor Portal-based solutions promote and enable our clients to implement vendor self-service programs and shift the completion of certain manual activities from internal resources to their vendors. Do you have your own proprietary technology?

Yes. ICG’s portal-based business process solutions as well as our AI-enabled data capture and AP automation tools are flexible, scalable, and expandable. They have been developed directly from our years of experience.

ICG takes a toolkit approach to our proprietary technology which greatly benefits you because it is akin to an investment in a custom solution, for an out-of-the-box cost.

All of our solutions and toolkits are designed to be deployed as a cloud-based service. Why did you change your company name?

In the early years of ICG, we were a purely consulting company. As time went on, we pivoted toward developing and implementing the solutions we offered to clients during consultations.

Today, ICG focuses mainly on business process solutions for our clients. Because of this, we believe that the name ICG Consulting no longer accurately reflects all that we offer to our clients.

Our new name, ICG Innovations, represents our commitment to leading the way in transformative business technology solutions.
