ICG Consulting Is Now ICG Innovations

ICG innovations driving efficiency

Exciting news for our organization: we have rebranded! ICG Consulting is now ICG Innovations. This reflects a fundamental shift that started years ago in our approach to delivering tangible results for our clients.

For those unfamiliar with ICG, we’ve long been a trusted partner for businesses seeking to optimize their back-office operations. We’ve built a reputation for providing strategic recommendations, helping companies streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth. However, we realized that our clients needed more than just advice – they needed solutions. After clients began to ask us to implement the solutions we suggested, we pivoted towards creating solutions rather than just consulting.

ICG Innovations has been building and implementing the solutions we recommended to clients for a while now. We’re taking our deep understanding of back-office challenges and transforming them into practical, powerful tools that make a real difference.

ICG does not dispatch out-of-the-box solutions. We believe that every organization performs best with solutions tailored to them. That’s why we work with your team to understand your processes before creating your solutions. We have the tools needed to handle a variety of solutions, from automating workflows, integrating systems, developing vendor portals, and more.

What Does This Mean for You?

Our specialization remains firmly rooted in back-office solutions. We understand the intricacies of finance, AP, operations, and other essential functions, allowing us to develop solutions that seamlessly integrate with your existing infrastructure and drive measurable results. We will continue to provide world-class solutions for all of our current and future clients with no interruption to them.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for ICG,” says ICG’s Lynn Fearn. “We’ve always been passionate about helping our clients succeed, and now, our name better reflects all that we offer. We’re thrilled to continue being on the leading edge of back-office technology as ICG Innovations.”

The Future is Innovative

The move from ICG Consulting to ICG Innovations marks a significant milestone in our journey. We’re committed to staying at the forefront of back-office technology, continuously innovating and developing solutions that empower businesses to thrive. We have a lot planned, and we are very excited to share it with you in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our latest projects, insights, and more!
